By reading this book, Nurse Coaches can learn how to effectively partner with their clients & bear witness to the dynamic process of change and growth. Nurse Coaching has so much valuable information packed into its 500 pages. What makes this book so readable and useful is its straightforward organization based on the 5 Nurse Coach core values: 1) Nurse Coach Philosophy, Theories, Ethics , 2) Nurse Coaching Process, 3) Nurse Coach Communication, Coaching Environment, 4) Nurse Coach Education, Research, Leadership, and 5) Nurse Coach Self-Development. No need to hit the snooze button, as theories are presented in a non-dry manner, laying the groundwork and proving interesting!
